Room reservations

Cancellations made within 2 working days of arrival date will incur full charges unless the accommodation can be re-let.



Having decided on your event, a written confirmation by fax or letter is required to secure the booking, followed by a deposit of £200.00 for all private functions.


Final numbers should be notified 48 hours prior to the event. This number or the actual numbers attending, whichever greater, will be charged.


Children aged 8 years or under are charged at 50%.


Full payment should be made on the day of the function, unless previous arrangements have been made.
