Angel Hotel COVID-19 Restrictions

We'd like to sincerely thank our customers for supporting us since we re-opened 4th July.
Unfortunately, until further notice, the hotel will only be open from Monday to Friday to cater for business guests. In line with government guidelines, we are not permitted to take weekend or leisure guests, until the new lockdown restrictions are eased.
We are able to offer accommodation and limited services for business guests from Monday to Friday during the lockdown, so please get in touch if we can be of assistance, or book a room online here

Open for Christmas Day and New Year's Eve 2020

We're delighted to offer a traditional Christmas Day lunch
and also New Year's Eve celebration dinner. 

We will also be running a festive menu throughout December (evenings only).

We’re fortunate that, as a nearly 200 year-old building with expansive areas, we can keep guests very comfortable whilst not comprising safety. Our lounges, restaurant, terraces and relaxation areas all give you an environment to enjoy the hotel and relax and unwind. For guests especially mindful of social distancing, we have private dining and room service available for all food and drinks.

We have completed thorough risk assessments on all aspects of how we operate and are pleased to report that we can open in compliance with government social distancing and following best practice that will evolve as advice changes. Before reopening, we carried out training for all of our team to deliver beautiful but safe hospitality that feels as warm and welcoming as always.

Our hygiene and cleanliness continue to be prioritised everywhere and we have changed a few of the things we do to protect everyone.  Most importantly, if guests or our team are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms, we ask them to stay at home.

Our food is as delicious as ever and our restaurant offers two services at breakfast and dinner to give safe distancing and relaxed dining.

Our room servicing is set up to keep rooms aired and fresh. Our careful and deep cleaning operating procedures are designed to keep you safe. We can pause room cleans during your stay if you prefer (this will be offered at check in).  Should anyone fall ill during their stay, please be reassured we will not let that room until it has been deep cleaned. As guests move around the building, we may adjust the flow to ensure passing in corridors is safe and that our housekeeping team and guests are kept at a safe distance.

We have every confidence in our team delivering a safe operation through social distancing and exemplary hygiene.

The pandemic has given us all time for reflection on the people and things we value in life and we believe we will be able to deliver you a stay with all the care and welcome that we are known for. The hotel is an amazing base to visit Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford – some of the UK’s most beautiful towns.
